I think the caves will be a rabbit hole like the cave in Sulani. As someone else mentioned, the "unicorn" horn may be a reward for going through the cave and getting the correct answers to the pop-up questions. I think if there was more to it, they would have shown us, but hopefully I will be wrong.
Maybe they didn't want to show us everything so we will have surprises and hidden features to discover by ourselves. The picture of pink horse and how its horn was glowing and sparking was sus
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing about saving us a surprise but then I remembered how many times in the past I've given them the benefit of the doubt and been disappointed. So, if they surprise me, great I'll be truly surprised. But I'm not expecting anything more than we've already seen.
