Uninstall an update?

Is there a way to uninstall an update? I am playing on XBOX. I am not happy AT ALL with the new Wants/Fears system and I would like to just play with regular old whims again. This is how I'm used to...

You should be able to disable the wants and fears but whims are gone after the update.
