University Degree career boosts are quite high! Thoughts?

I think these boosts are just fine, especially because we don't get any personality reward (which is a shame). With GF your sim with good reputation can easily hop on level 5 of any career (it's only a chance that some sims will make you an offer, but still), and I love that distinguished degrees and graduation with honors matter.
