Unpopular opinion- I want another basic world

I would like a world that is designed as a traditional/feudal estate. Each hood with a large manor, with surrounding landscaping supporting the manor, long alleys of trees and paths/roads, a lake, a off lot rose garden with a few planters). I would love at least one of the manor lots to actually be 2 lots close together, making it easier to build a large thing without all the lagging. Right side for residential, left side for private gallery, mosouleum, reception hall etc, (and other not so private stuff) could be community lot, if we like. Near by (within the farm area of the estate) one or two lots for servants and farmers households. One of the hoods could be a Finchwick-ish village instead of the farming stuff. Main thing would be the layout and landscaping giving the right feel. A bit countryside, mixed with history and aristocracy.
