also, the tourists in san-myshuno walk around like they're in hawaii even though there's a blizzard. I stopped playing until I found a mod to fix it since I was afraid all my townies would die.
The sims playing basketball in san-myshuno also change into their athetic outfit to play-- and then they start freezing as well.
I really dislike that other NPC work uniforms do not have a winter counterpart. The poor people working at vending stalls make me sad D:
