1. The townies are more interesting and memorable than most of the premades.
2. They should make it easier to die.
I'm not asking for sims to drop like flies, but you gotta try to kill sims because of all the second chances.
3. Laundry day was a pretty boring pack for the community to pick
I'm still kinda bummed about that disaster pack being thrown out, even though it probably wasn't going to be great

The aliens could've been a separate pack and could've been more detailed, but would probably still get pushed into the shadows.
I mean look at Vampires. Entire pack to themselves and instead of adding a switch to disable break-ins (and by extension vampires) it got turned down to never happen even though you could supposedly just lock the door to prevent it
Hell, I'm happy and surprised that spellcasters are allowed to autonomously do magic on other lots
