The problem is getting attention, please post, this is just a process to get it done.
People love to play the Sims 4, If they need a little visual help with some visual aids, posting let them know Help is needed, so all can enjoy playing.
Just remember you are not alone, lots have this problem and keep silent. But we rather they keep playing. :)
EA helped the Dogs , they will help with this as well.
