Updates Terms of Service

I would sincerely appreciate some advice on what to do regarding my Sims 4 game. I've been playing the Sims since 2001 and while the Sims 4 has all the issues of the previous games and exponentially more I have continued to play. It's fun.

However, after reviewing the updated  terms of service by EA, I don't want to play.

The permissions that you must grant in order to enjoy a game that you have already paid for, are all unacceptable. How can I get a refund and have EA and the Sims team  delete my data? I'm sure that in the future if I want to resume playing or if there is a more reasonable terms of service issued/proposed I will resign to repurchase all the packs.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this. Thank you.
