I do have to agree with Colton. Unless you are just wanting to upgrade for the sake of newer, what you have is plenty for just sims. I, too, would suggest upgrading the RAM, though. And it's really easy to do yourself. Just buy 16GB, remove old and install new.
I had the 8350 and it's a good, solid processor. And your graphic card is still very relevant.
I don't see your harddrives info, but I'm guessing you have an HDD? Upgrading to an SSD wouldn't be a horrible idea. At least 500GB. You can get them fairly cheap, these days. But, there are several options and that would depend on what your motherboard is and can fit.
I'm assuming your PSU is good, as you are running the 8350 and 1050Ti, so I wouldn't worry about that.
