Userstartup.cheat in TS4? Enabled cheats from the start of the game

Hi, all. I'm a newcomer to TS4, I've been playing TS2 all these years. I have a question that I couldn't find an answer to online. I'm sure a lot of you remember userstartup.cheat file from TS2. Does ...

When you have the cheat enabled in TS4 it will stay enabled as long as you are still playing the game even when traveling. The cheats in TS4 do not cause the game to mess up the way they did in TS3 so you should be able to leave the cheats on and play without a hitch.

On the other hand yes MCC is a very helpful mod and it can help with skill cheats as well as stopping annoying actions.
