I like to do Victorian simming, so hopefully the outfits will be readily accessible. Or a modder quickly gets the unlock thing out. The 'pirate' stuff should work equally well with any 18th century simming. Pack has promise, I just hope it doesn't break what we already have or be too buggy. I know, I'm dreaming.
