Vacationing In Any World - Help Me Understand

I wrote in another thread some ideas I had in mind, so here goes:
- Magnolia Promenade is completely empty, so I am thinking of ways to implant this new system in there. Maybe a themed time-era could be build there where sims could go on vacation to and relive that time and what it offers. Dont know, just an idea. Maybe a western style village or a witchy magical Happy Potter style town. Something like we have in real life as well like Disney world or that Star wars world the devs loves so much..
- Then, in the world of ROM, since I don't play with magic and such other then the above way, I put Scandinavian houses there where sims can come and enjoy a winter holiday (it was before the latest EP). I will put a Christmas market, ski resort and cozy cabins. Perhaps a fish market as well. Kind if creating my own world and pack out of it.
- In WC I have a Victorian builds subhood. I Already made a boutique hotel there, cause it always felt like a little get away destination to me. It will be nice for a couple to spend the weekend there out of the regular life and routine.
