I'm pretty sure there is something in the MCCC mod that will speed up this. I'm not in my game at the moment to check, but I know that with the MCCC mod you can increase and decrease how fast or slow their needs go, also on how fast or slow you want to make the day go by in the game. It has it broken down to where if you want to just adjust it for the vampire you can, as well for cats, dogs, and humans.

MotiveDecay_Vampires
Alters the rate at which the motives decay for Sims. 100, which is the default, results in normal motive decay. Below 100 reduces the rate at which motives decay. 50 = half the normal motive decay rate. 0 = no motive decay. etc. Going above 100 (up to 200) increases the rate at which motive decay making them drop 2x faster than default EA levels. Traits and buffs that affect Motive decay will still apply to the new decay rate as well unless it's set to zero.
