I don't think it's a bug, necessarily; I've always thought of it as just a leftover moodlet from when they have to travel in daylight to *get* to school/slash work. However, assuming they get to their destination, it would be nice if it went away while they were supposedly indoors. (This is in reference to them getting there and having that moodlet all day which is what I typically have seen, but it might have been been changed.)
If it's only occurring when they get that "outdoors" chance card and appears at different strengths due to their level of sun immunity, I'd say it's intentional and is actually a quirky little detail. :pensive:
