Vampires no longer breaking in

Clicking on the mail box gives me MCC - npcs - but then the only vampire option is to humanize all vampires. I don't see a general Occult option or any other vampire ones D:
I re-installed my MCCC and I am not sure how I found it before, there are no options using the mail box like I was doing before. Maybe I had an older version and that was not added? I am not sure, I am sorry, I wish it was still there. I waited the whole day to keep trying in case it would come up at night, but its already after 11:30 pm and its still not there. =(
