I was able to get it at 5 and it was the same with last 3 months packs they have all been at 5 maybe they've changed the time I'm not sure but it's very fun

No, it's just an update that came before seasons on PC. I imagine it will be either a stuff pack or gp that comes out for console next. But we are catching up, so it's only a matter of months until we get seasons.
