Yes I saw that on twitter. I'm not really surprised about Spooky Stuff as it would make sense to release it in October but Seasons on the other hand I am. By the way the update adds cold and hot weather clothing and toddler swimwear. Seasons has to be getting close to being released but it's still not confirmed.

I’m guessing Seasons will be out close to October if spooky day is coming out soon.

Toddler swimsuits came with seasons, you'll have to wait till they release that pack

Their in the update but toddlers wear them as sleepwear. They'll be able to use them as swimsuits when Seasons releases.

I’m not very happy about this update despite the fact that it contains many awesome CAS and build items.
My sims keep freezing, they just stand there doing nothing, not doing anything that I’ve queued for them!!!
And walking the dog now becomes harder too, my sim went out of the house with the dog and just never return home, she just stands there in the park
