Vet Employees Quitting
Running a vet clinic every time I hire a new employee they quit the same day. I've praised, promoted, checked up on, and paid for training. Whats the issue?

- The economy. Staffing shortages everywhere. Oh, you mean the game! Sorry. Can’t help there. I don’t play the business side of the game much.

- If they're working reasonable hours to meet their needs and you're playing vanilla, I'd report it as a bug/test reproducing it under different conditions. If you do have mods and CC, I'd remove those and see if it is still a problem. If so, report/test.
- Do they have somewhere to take food and bathroom breaks during the workday?
- I used cheats to befriend them. The problem resolved itself after that.
