Waiter not serving all of meal??
My sim just opened a restaurant and the waiter keeps only bringing parts of meals. They never bring out the rest and then the customers just storm out. Why is this happening?

My guess is pathing issues. Is there food waiting to be served on the chef's station? It might be that the waiters can't reach the food or something like that. If all else fails try doing some minor readjusting of the restaurant (or try a different restaurant) and see if you have the same issue.
Sometimes the waiters do bug out and won't serve people their food, but it shouldn't be happening all the time as you're experiencing.
