Waiter not serving all of meal??
My sim just opened a restaurant and the waiter keeps only bringing parts of meals. They never bring out the rest and then the customers just storm out. Why is this happening?

Do you have food/drink items from the cats and dogs expansion on the menu? Last time I checked those couldn't/wouldn't be served. Not sure if they fixed or if this bug has spread to later packs too, but it's something you could check.
