Way too much phone action now during chatting
Maybe it's because I have idle chatting (meaningless small talk) modded off, but the three teen sims that I just had chatting paused to get their phone out about 15 times in a three minute conversatio...

It's not the action, it's how often and when it happens. They get it out when they aren't saying something, then put it away when they are ready to speak. Then they get it back out. Talk, get phone out, put it away, talk, get phone out, put it away, round and round. Then there's the constant getting it out while moving. All of these kind of idles should have a time out on them, so they can only happen once every, say, hour or something. Then they are something different instead of being repetitious and annoying. I put a super long time out lock on the "Happy Toddler" idle, so my sim wasn't thinking about diapers over and over, It can easily be done; it just wasn't.
