We are finally getting a Layering System in CAS!

I'm making some new Sims today for my save file and playing around with base layers again and I can finally use this open top for more than just hot weather wear with thanks to being able to add an under-shirt.

I've played with layering a bit in CAS.  It will be fun to see it in live play though.  The trick is to choose styles and colours wisely.

One thing I noticed was that one child strappy top ended up being hidden if a base layer was applied. 

Those are all very nice. I haven't had a chance to play around with it yet. Looking forward to it.

The biggest advantage of Base Layer is now you can use more clothes with elder sims.

This layer system makes some outfit a lot more useful in the game.

So far I like it, although I do wish we had a strapless undershirt as well.

When peek-a-boo straps aren't what you are going for—a tube/strapless base layer would be great!

I know they just dropped this and I was excited to layer up this crop top but, there is no strapless or halter base layers (hope this gets updated as tanks/t-shirts/long sleeve can create undesirable peek-a-boo straps) or no colour match for white (to match at least that top).

I would love halter tops as base layers to create more of this type of looks.

I am still glad this was dropped, I just hope they don't stop with refining/updating it, now that it is an option.

Sadly the turtleneck base layer has some visual issues on Sims neck, I've made a report for it. 😢
