Another empty neighborhood with a different look to it - perhaps urban or tropical - would be nice. But I agree with the post above that we need another vacation destination. Preferably in the style of Sunlit Tides/Isla Paradiso from Sims 3. Btw, I never have an issue filling up NC with houses I download or build myself. Also NC is where I always place the Spa.
