Yes, but there are several systems who, at least to me, I don't get exactly what they do.
To be fair, too, for me MCCC is usually enough since I never ever play more than one household by save (not even one FAMILY; if people move out, they become NPCs to me). So the rudamentary "assigning partners, filling houses" that MCCC does is enough.
I would suggest you install the SOL mod, play it for a bit and then you'll better be able to tell what you do like versus what you don't. I removed the Autonomous Hook-up, for instance. I'm having a blast with the rest. (Although I did remove one aspect of the woohoo. I didn't much care for.)
