I'm pretty sure the Vampire and Spellcaster aspirations give a lot more points (granted, probably too many) for fairly simple tasks, while the two Werewolf ones I've tried (the basic one and the Collective one) seem to give out almost nothing and some of the tasks are not so easy.
You can get points every time you fill the blue bar. The more wolf things you do the better. Spar, Howl, Mark, ETC.
