I have been thinking of buying the werewolf pack. I am wondering if I should buy it on sale now or wait for the cost to go down more.

It's one of the best packs there is in my opinion. Lots of fun to play, can be played in various ways, pretty much bug-free.
The hairstyles are a great update, and I like the banged-up-looking build/buy items.
