I don't agree with this. Vampires came separate from the other life states previously. Plus, they usually spread out occults a little. They packed so much detail on the build items, game play, and look of the vampires that to do any more would have made it an EP.
And no on Spooky pack... no way they'd do a whole life state with a stuff pack. At most you get a couple game play items with those.
