What’s happening in your San Sequoia

I’m still waiting for the Growing Together sale and need ideas on what to do once I get it. I like playing with townies

So for those of you who own the pack, what did you do with the area and tell me about your sims

I’m working on a family I’m going to move from Willow Creek to San Sequoia. I took their house and moved it to Manzanita Terrace. I gave it a third story and painted it to look like the other tall painted buildings there. On one side I have a green house, on the other side a tree and behind it a spot for my astronauts rocket ship when he moves up a level. The house has a balcony on the back. I want them to see the whales that someone said cruise by there. And also want them to use a telescope on the balcony. They have a toddler and when they move I plan for them to have another baby.

The large lot in Anchor Warf I plan to make a community market place with a couple of food stands, and I’m not sure what else. The idea of an indoor skating rink with some toddler/baby stuff might be a good idea.

I think the only family I am interested in playing and planing to keep in San Sequoia is the family with the Grandmother, little girl and her mother. They look interesting to me, and I have a couple of sims that might be interested in dating the mother. The other sims I will keep but may move them out of their houses when I have plans for their lots. I have moved the Michealson’s house to a smaller lot. I plan to use their big lot as a park. I might make it useful for riding horses there, maybe even training them there.

So far I have left the library in Anchor Warf, just changed it up a bit.

I have left the community center in Gilbert Gardens, added outdoor basketball, and an indoor area for reunions and such, I also added a play area for children and toddlers outside.

On the 40x20 lot I plan to add a cafe, with some video games and stuff for children, toddlers and babies.

I’m not sure what I will do with the rest of the lots yet.
