I prefer to get game packs and stuff packs on sale because I can justify what I get for the price better. Seldom do I feel I get what should be included in an expansion pack, so I buy them on sale only if it's one I really want. Think I only have 3 EPs but several GPs and SPs. Maybe I'm just greedy and entitled but EPs tend to disappoint me because I get excited then play and I'm like "it'd be awesome if I could xyz now" but then it still hasn't really changed anything about gameplay (for how I play) :/
