What 3 decorative areas/buildings in-game do you wish were functional?

There are so many places, but the ones I have yearned for the most are:
1. The sea in Windenburg to be swimmable
2. The volcano in Sulani ( @crocobaura volcano worshiping would be so cool!! :bawling: :love: )
3. The lighthouse home (the greenhouse in magic realm was close to get this place, but I think I'd use the lighthouse home more... though the BB ocean should be swimmable then too :sweat_smile: :blush: )
