I used this location in Windenburg to build a cybercafe.
It's a companion lot for the San Myshuno GeekCon festival.
I put it in San Myshuno next to the GeekCon site, but all it did was pull sims away from GeekCon. So it stays in Windenburg now.

It's filled with nerdy toys, computers, arcade games, and Void critter terminals.
Child sims and teen sims hang out here for games and Cosplaying.
