I agree with pretty much everything that has already been said in this thread, and have a lot more to add, but I'll try to narrow it down to the most trivial points.
CAS:
- Vampires and spellcasters constantly fidgeting around while I'm trying to edit their bodies.
- Why is Unflirty in the emotional traits category? It doesn’t cause or prevent any particular emotions (yes, unflirty sims can actually become flirty), but brings about certain reactions to certain social behaviours and should therefore go in the same category as Outgoing and Loner.
- The bicoloured gloves that come with Seasons are extremely hard to match with the cold weather tops.
- Piercings are treated like jewellery rather than tattoos; if you want your sim to always wear them (as it makes sense, realistically), you have to manually put them on every single outfit. Also, some eyebrow piercings disappear when they’re worn with certain shades.
- The amount of effort (none) that was put into making this hairstyle from Cottage Living compatible with most hats:

(OMG, Rosalind, you have a hole in your head!!)
BB:
- The table and wall lights are too weak. You have to place like a dozen of them in a room of moderate size to get it decently lit.
- Lots that were edited with terrain tools stand out horribly on the map.
- The big curtains from Cats & Dogs have collision, meaning you can’t hang them close to any other objects without MOO. Why curtains of all things need collision is beyond me.
Gameplay:
- Completing the Freelance Botanist aspiration gives your sim a trait that makes them immune to fire – whatever that has to do with gardening is anyone’s guess.
- No descriptions telling you what a certain type of tea will do to a sim before consuming it. While you can tell by the name in some cases (Steamy Ginseng makes them flirty, like steamy showers), others are puns that only work in English (Run Oolong makes them want to run along, ha ha, but not in my language), and some seem completely random (why does Pitch Black make them focused?). Also, can we please get an option to make only one cup for the one sim who needs that particular emotion right now, instead of two more that are inevitably going to spoil?
- While fixing and upgrading household items, male sims keep shouting "Ha!" and "Ho!" enthusiastically, like they’re superheroes doing super-heroic things.
- Sims close their eyes too often and for too long. Good luck taking a group screenshot without at least one person having their eyes closed.
- The game shames you for giving newborn puppies or kittens up for adoption. If you weren't supposed to do that, then maybe the pets should have been designed to not take up one household member slot each when you can't even control them.
- One of the benefits of building the wellness skill is that sims will eventually learn to teleport. The problem is, the teleporting animation is so slow that, unless you’re headed for the other end of the map, you might actually save time by having your sim just walk instead.
