What are some trivial things that annoy you?

Sims AI for chatting/sitting. Playing musical chairs to talk. And why do they always have to sit to chat at all? Why don't they look at each other while chatting? Why when a sim I control want to talk to someone it's that someone who is dropping everything (including tending stalls) and runs to my sim from the other corner of the map why it's not my sim walking to them? Idle chat, random sims joining conversations In other words everything related to this part of AI. Imo the most horrible application of all Sims games.

This ice rink placement.

No ceiling/floor thickness around openings.

Unable to perform interactions with other sims until my sim has introduced themselves, such as Go Away.

If I dig a basement under an existing house that has a foundation the ground gets pulled up to the current floor level. I have to get rid of the foundation by lowering the house to the ground, dig the basement, then raise the house back up to its original foundation level and put all the stairs and railings etc. back.

When the “lot has loaded” music happens while the other loading screen music is happening and they clash and/or the loaded one happens too soon.

We can't place windows where stairs are.

We can't hang embroidery on a wal!!! Yet it can be "laid" on a floor. Seriously.

We can only knit with the kit in the inventory. We can only embroid with the kit out of the inventory. Excuse me, what? Why isn't it the same for both?

- Sims joining in on conversations
- the random order of known sims in the relationship panel, closest relationships should come first
- not being able to filter relatives when choosing sims to travel, join a club
- automatically filled bookcases, I would like to buy them empty

The M/travel key being right next to the rotation keys. I have never intentionally used the M key, but I hit it accidentally every single play session.

Right click the embroidery in your sims inventory and you have an option to make it wall mount :) I had to ask for help with that cos I couldn't figure it out.

Sims generating in CAS with tattoos and piercings really annoys me. If I want piercings, I can add them. I don't ever use tattoos. I do think it is trivial, but man, it is super annoying to have to constantly remove these things.

That constant head-thrown-back air sniffing they do with the BTD kit. It drives me nuts.
