What are the seasons like in different worlds?

I kinda remember there being a thread about this but I can't find it. So I've read Oasis Spring never gets snow. Is this true? Does it ever go really cold though? Is it the only world with no snow?...

SimsVip's Season's guide had a pretty good reference sheet for all of the worlds (minus Del Sol Valley since it was released after).
