What are the seasons like in different worlds?

I kinda remember there being a thread about this but I can't find it. So I've read Oasis Spring never gets snow. Is this true? Does it ever go really cold though? Is it the only world with no snow?...

@calaprfy I despise snow and cold in real life as we get 6 months of it. I'm sure I'll want it in my game during real life summer :) but I want to see nice and bright life in my game as real life weather is depressing enough.
