Doing a search even with the codes on for the words logs or water pump doesn't bring up the item in question.
THE_SirLOL I looked all around in bb.showhiddenobjects > bb.showliveeditobjects in the base game filter and did not find the water pump. I could have missed it, though. I added the game's 'log' item and I only see it allowing turtles to sunbathe, though I'm sure that's not the log you mean. Just in case you didn't know, though, if you add a pond to the lot from debug you can look for frogs there. Maybe experiment with that? (Add multiple debug ponds - maybe one of each of the ones in debug, since some are from different areas/worlds, on a big lot for frog hunting or something?)
If worse comes to worse, and it's not cheating on some competition you're having with others, you could grab the few you're missing from debug/hidden objects, or a room that someone uploaded the collection to in the gallery.
