I love the option of going into the office or doing tasks at home. There are aset of mods on MTS that add CL-style options to some of the base game careers; I had my business Sim work from home when her twin boys were babies and toddlers, and it worked out really great. I've suggested they add a "study from home" option if we can get an Education pack that covers elementary and high school learning as well as University.
