I think cheerful, romantic, and self-absorbed are my favorite three. Not necessarily because I think they're amazing traits but more because they don't annoy me.
I don't use Hates Children, Cat Lover, Dog Lover, or Vegetarian because to me, these aren't definitive characteristics for any person to have. I stay away from Jealous because its implementation is absolutely ridiculous. I try not to have too many Kleptos walking around at any given time for obvious reasons.
