I also love the old star wars films more than the recent ones so you should be aware that the npc's are all characters from episodes 7, 8 and 9: rey and kylo ren. The vibe of the world is star wars enough for me despite the original characters not being there.
The gameplay is very mission based. So if you like that kind of gameplay, then you will enjoy the pack. The downside is that this is very separate from the regular game. Star wars items don't work in the normal world (droids suddenly become radio without any intelligence). The star wars world is programmed to have no weather, no pets, no occult powers, no jobs. Even the currency is separate. So getting an extra world means a world that can only be used for star wars gameplay and nothing else.
The build buy is different from other packs. Lots of grungy items and some sci-fi items. The cas items feel like they are made for tatooine but can also be used in medieval or historical saves.
I personally had fun with playing with missions and completing the aspirations but because everything is so deliberately separated from the rest of the game, I rarely go back. I do use some of the items a lot.
My first pets stuff is ok. I got it for free and there are a few items I use regularly. One hair in particular and the aquarium coffee table. The pet cages are chunky and huge. It's nice to have a few more options for pet items because I don't think we will ever get anything for pets ever due to the backlash on this pack.
