Once I saw that we had the ability to fish out bike parts from the canal, I became invested in the idea of a bike shop near the canal. I was hoping we could actually combine the parts to create new bikes, but sadly that's not the case. However, we can sell the bike parts, so that's fine... but to add a little more to the business, I was hoping to also sell some of the bikes from the B/B catalogue. However, so far I have not been able to identify any way to do so, as I have not been able to find a display to which I can add the bikes, and of course, we unfortunately can't just place items wherever and sell them in a small business. (By far the biggest drawback to this pack, IMO.)
So now I'm torn... I was hoping to have a bike shop with the residence over the shop, but now I'm wondering whether I should just use the traditional retail lot from GTW instead. But, I did want the owner to be able to give classes on handiness as well. Maybe if we eventually get a cars/vehicles pack, we will see some sort of additional cross-pack functionality for bikes and other, smaller vehicles in terms of repairing them, selling them, etc. (Boats, too.)
