Do you already have a particular sim or family in mind? Will they be moving to Chestnut Ridge? Are you starting fresh with a brand new sim or sim family?

The vet couples daughter already has a farm in henford and Im gonna be giving her some goats and sheep.

I’m thinking of turning the Michealson large lot in San Sequoia into a park where sims can ride horses, I’ve already put them and their house on a smaller lot in SS. I have one sim that already wears a cowboy hat in willow creek that I’m going to move to Chestnut Ridge and give a horse to. I’ll be moving him out of the house he’s living in with 2 friends and give him his own lot, a lot just big enough for he and his horse.
