devs are the face of the game. if something goes wrong with the game then guess who's gonna get all the blame? doesn't mean it's personal, it's about their job. the fact that they're active on social media makes them even more vulnerable to criticism and stuff. we really don't know who is behind all the bad decisions of the game, but devs keep saying it's all them so it's what we got. it doesn't help their image either the fact that they make a lot of excuses, victimize themselves and mock their players every now and then.
