No, complaints makes change. If you never challenge a company/someone about their services then they will never improve for the better. Why would they if they only want to hear positive feedback? The reason we have the technology we have today isn't because someone just invented it, but because someone saw flaws, critiqued it, then improved on them.
I do think it's a bit ironic that people complain about the claiming threads, I have not once step into a positive thread to complain but I have seen many people do it when it comes to complaint thread to complain about those being dissatisfied. I also see people telling us what is and what isn't criticizing, when the truth is if your feedback isn't positive about sims 4 90%of the time, then you're pushed to the side by Ea and other simmers on this site for not giving "real criticizing".
