I personally think "complaining" is a big part of why we have see some of the improvements to the game. I will never condone complaining to complain or personal threats, however I also think it is important for players to make their voices known on every platform so that EA knows they can't give subpar game play. I think just like there is a positivity thread for packs there should also be a negativity one for people to vent appropriately. Maybe if it is kept to one thread then people will have the option of viewing or not.
