Based on previous sims games, people have a certain expectancy of the quality, and of the gameplay. That is what they pay for. Not just for the way the game looks. And when I always have to cheat the needs up, because the sims take too long to do what I told them to do (where I never had those issues in the sims 2). Or when the game just suddenly crashes, then were not getting what we paid for. The game and it's expansions are not cheap. So I don't wan't to feel like I wasted my money on a game that has become unplayable.
