If a single type, then restaurant. More commonly I do combinations on one lot, as in TS 2. The usual mix is: restaurant, gym/workout room, bar, library, and at least one room where a weary sim may sleep. Various sorts of games/group activities are liberally supplied. Found the floor plans for Monte Carlo a while back, but so far nothing appropriate to put into such a place.
