What community lots do you have in your game?

This is such a great thread. I just started on creating my own personal save file/starter template. I like a lot of the suggestions here. Only problem with this thread is that I now have more work to do. ;)
This was my list so far :
- get rid of a lot of premade sims. I hardly play with them
- restaurants: seafood restaurant in brindleton Bay, experimental food restaurant in San mychuno to replace the skyscraper lounge, batuu restaurant in oasis springs
- rentals in Sulani, San mychuno and strangerville
- a community lot on the vulcanic island in Sulani, probably national Park
- a spa in granite falls
- a cemetery in Forgotten Hollow
- a store to replace the bar in Glimmerbrook to sell rare items like insects from granite falls, equipment for jungle adventure, potions ingredients, potions,...
- updates to various community lots like the strangerville library, San mychuno arts centre, realm of magic headquarters, parks to include toddler playgrounds
- a public lot with the romantic garden wishing well, perhaps I will add this to sylvan glade
-a castle on the island on windenburg. What is the world without castles to visit? I plan on getting rid of all the modern builds on the island anyway.
- once I get snowy escape : a ice skating ring on the empty 50x50 lot in Mt komorebi

- bowling alley, perhaps in magnolia promenade
- cinema, this would fit in del Sol Valley I think. I will try to use the new platform tools for this
- bridal shop in magnolia promenade.

- perhaps a cheap diner in strangerville or an Italian restaurant
With such a long list, I intend to use the gallery for some of these. ;) otherwise it will take months before I can play in this save.
