I doubt murder or violent crimes will happen in any Sims game. The Sims is way passive aggressive goody toe shoes. They hide nudity but have woohoo. If there are any crimes they should be things like graffiti, fighting in public, or things Stans do. Also there could be social crimes and the punishment is social shaming. Being a known slob or klepto can cause a Sim grief. What if incest was allowed, but with severe social consequences and possible hereditary defects from any kids born. I know that sounds bad, but murder is far worse than the forbidden love of kissing cousins.
