What determines if a sim will say yes to drinking from them?
I'm trying to complete Caleb's aspiration goals and one of them is to get 2 sims to agree to let drink from. I'm having a hard time, not even the sims he's friends with are saying yes!

You don't need to raise relationship high. You just need to do some friendly interactions so your vampire has "pleasant talk" with other sim. They almost always accept, even if they are not friends with your sim. But the communication must be friendly, not romantic, not funny. It works only that way.
