I put a windmill there for my weather witch and her four elemental cat familiars to live in.
The museum still exists as well, I decided against bulldozing it because it ties in so nicely with the history and culture of Brindleton Bay, but I didn't want the most useless public lot type to take up the only buildable space on the island, so I moved it to the wharf area.
